Your challenge, if you wish to accept, is the Cage Core Challenge. This workout can be done with or without the Cage Fitness dummy but should be done one exercise immediately after the other. MMA fitness means training the same way fighters train! When a fighter is in the octagon there are no breaks because their challenger isn’t going to let up for anything! Push yourself, don’t let up.
