Delivery & Returns
CageFitness maintains full ownership of the products until full payment has been obtained.
It is possible to cancel your order if it hasn’t been sent. Contact us and we will help you. If your order has been sent, you will have to return the products in order to receive a refund. The freight will not be refunded. It is not possible to change your order once it has been submitted. This also includes changing the size or color of a product, removing an item, changing the delivery address or payment method. All packages are sent via UPS from our warehouse. Cage Fitness will make best commercial attempt to ship your purchase within 7 ( seven ) days of receiving your order.
If nobody is at the address when UPS makes the delivery, a note is left in the mailbox and UPS leaves with the package. Another attempt to deliver will be made the next day. A total of three attempts to deliver will be made. If delivery is not possible, the package will be returned to us. When you find the UPS note in your mailbox, contact them to arrange another delivery address,time or tell them the package can be left in your back yard etc.
You can have your package delivered to your work address if this is more convenient for you. This should just be included as Delivery Address. Please note that it is not possible to make a delivery to a PO box.
The freight charge depends on your delivery address.

Return Policy
Unworn Merchandise: Includes any item that is in new condition, still contains the original tags, and is in the original packaging (if any). Returns will be returned to you if the merchandise exhibits any obvious signs of wear to are not in the condition in which they were received. All original packaging and materials including boxes, manuals, warranty cards, instructional DVDs, and any other materials in the original shipment must be returned with your merchandise. There is a 15% restocking fee to anything returned excluding Damaged and Incorrect items, as described below.
Return Period
We will accept returns for a period some Items d for 30 days after the shipment is scheduled for delivery. We extend this period of return out to 45 days for our licensed members.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned:
• Labor, delivery and/or installation services
• Items that are end user damaged or abused
• Items that are missing accessories, such as laces
• Etched, imprinted or otherwise personalized items
• License’s and license fee’s
• Opened software, movies, music and video games can be exchanged for the identical item but cannot be returned for a refund
Items that are Damaged in shipping or incorrect
If you turn an item that is defective, is not the item you ordered, or was damaged in shipping return the item to the location that shipped it and you will receive a credit. You may then elect to purchase a replacement item.
You agree that you will pay for all products you purchase through the Services, and that Cage Fitness may charge your payment method for any products purchased and for any additional amounts (including any taxes and late fees, as applicable) that may be accrued by or in connection with your Account. You are responsible for the timely payment of all fees and for providing Cage Fitness with a valid payment method for payment of all fees.
Your total price will include the price of the product plus any applicable sales tax; such sales tax is based on the bill-to address and the sales tax rate in effect at the time you download the product. We will charge tax only in states where digital goods are taxable.
Prices for products offered via the Services may change at any time, and the Services do not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price reduction or promotional offering.
By pre-ordering products, you are authorizing the Services to automatically charge your account and download the product when it becomes available. You may cancel your pre-order prior to the time the item becomes available.
