I’m Wayne Beadell owner and Chief Instructor of my own school Crawley Blackbelt Academy, we started teaching Cage fit in January one class a week teaching instructors. Now we teach 7 classes a week and are only a few students away from reaching 100 CAGE FITTERS. Fantastic programme really high energy the best burn ever, every member of our classes is losing weight toning up and getting fantastic results.
