If it weren’t for Cage Fitness workout and Tae-Kwon-Do I would be a basket case right now. Exerting my energy on the bag during cage and concentration during Tae-Kwon-Do has really helped me keep it together.

I grew up with Matt Hughes and now live in North Carolina. There are no cage fitness facilities near me, do you sell dvds of the workouts.

I would like to implement the Cagefitness concept at the gym I work for.
Would this be possible? If so, what is the procedure and what is the exact total costs involved?
I look forward to your reply

Yes, because it’s soothing on the stomach, contains carbohydrates for quick energy, protein for healing and stamina, and replaces lost electrolytes and fluids from being sick.

I am 185cm tall and weighed 89kg, after 1 month of cage fitness sessions, 3 times a week along with my usual Hapkido and MMA training, I now weigh 79kg, I have more muscle tone and feel stronger. I don’t know if this is some freak thing but I love it.
I feel like I have more energy throughout the day and it’s an awesome stress release.
I love the work out and feel great for doing it. My goal now is to gain more muscle, staying around the same weight.
